Refund policy
At Pure Skincare Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. If youβre not satisfied, our return process is straightforward and transparent.
1. Return Window
- 30-day return period: You must initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Beauty Devices: Eligible for return within 30 days if in good, working condition with normal wear and tear.
- Topical Skincare: Eligible for return only if unopened and in original packaging.
- Final Sale & Virtual Items: Items marked final sale, order coverage, and membership fees are not eligible for return or refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@pureskincareco.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- If approved, weβll issue one prepaid return shipping label per order for U.S. orders shipping back from a U.S. address.
- You have 15 calendar days from label creation for the package to show as in transit. If no movement is shown within 15 days, the request will be closed and no refund will be processed.
- If you use a different carrier/label, provide valid tracking. Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.
- International returns (outside the U.S.) are at the customerβs expense unless otherwise stated.
3. Return Conditions
- Items must include all original packaging, instructions, charging cables, accessories, and inserts.
- Products must be in good, working condition with normal wear and tear only.
- Missing, dirty, or damaged components may result in a partial refund or deduction equal to the replacement cost.
4. Restocking Fee, Non-Refundables
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges unless due to a confirmed defect or shipping error by Pure Skincare Co.
- Original shipping/handling fees, order protection coverage, and membership fees are non-refundable.
5. Processing Time & Refunds
- Once received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Your financial institution may take an additional 7β10 business days to post the credit.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery and include:
- Photos of the damaged shipping box
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos of the item(s) received
Once verified, weβll arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you.
7. Additional Terms
- Returns are only processed for purchases made directly on pureskincareco.com.
- We cannot accept returns from third-party sellers or marketplaces.
- We may refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above or appear excessive or abusive.
