What is the difference between AHA and BHA and why do I need both?

AHAs (like lactic acid) are water-soluble and work at the skin's surface — dissolving dead cells, improving radiance, and smoothing texture. BHAs (like salicylic acid) are oil-soluble and penetrate inside pores — breaking down sebum, clearing blackheads, and preventing congestion. Surface and pore-level exfoliation together deliver results that neither acid can achieve alone.

Can I use these every day?
